Graduate students in the environmental studies program may be eligible to apply for the Ohio Soybean Council Foundation graduate scholarship. Two scholarships of up to $5,000 each will be awarded for the 2016-2017 academic year.
To be qualified, the student must be enrolled as a full-time graduate student. In addition, the student must be conducting research in bioproducts, biotechnology, biobased materials, bioengineering, biopolymers or a related field, and must be focused on advancing the soybean industry.
Applications are available at soyohio.org/scholarship. The deadline to apply is Jan. 15, 2016, at 5 p.m.
